How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?
If Premium is not right for you, request a full refund through Support within 7 days of your first web purchase. Renewals are not refundable.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. Choose a plan, sign in or create an account, and complete payment securely through Stripe. Premium is applied to that account after payment is confirmed.
How does yearly billing work?
Premium Yearly is $47.99 per year after a 7-day free trial. Stripe asks for a card to start the trial but charges nothing until it ends, and we email you a reminder on day 5. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing; otherwise it renews at $47.99 each year until you cancel.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?
Monthly subscribers can switch to Yearly here: pick Yearly and press Switch to Yearly. Stripe shows the exact charge before you confirm — the yearly price, less credit for the rest of your month. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for; to go monthly after that, cancel before the renewal date and start Monthly then.
What happens to my history on Free?
Free accounts can view the most recent 14 days. Older sessions remain retained and become visible again with Premium full-history access.
Can I cancel?
Cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal. You keep Premium access until the end of the paid billing period.
What payment methods work?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe.
