Free study planner for assignments, exams and focus blocks
Everyone gets the same monthly calendar, filters and backlog. Browse the calendar without signing in. Create a free account to add assignments, mark deadlines and reserve focus blocks; your saved plans stay connected to your account.
Separate deadlines from study time
An assignment deadline tells you when work is due. A focus block tells you when you will do it. Mark the essay deadline on Friday, then reserve research on Monday, an outline on Tuesday and drafting on Wednesday. Leave Thursday available for checking and unexpected work.
How to make a weekly study plan
Start with fixed commitments such as classes and shifts. Add deadlines next, then choose small, specific tasks for the time that remains. “Practice 15 algebra questions” is easier to act on than “study maths.” Use the monthly view to see the surrounding weeks and the backlog for work that still needs a date.
Weekly planning or an exam revision timetable?
Use this calendar for homework, readings, revision and project steps. For a calculated timetable based on an exam deadline, subjects and available weekdays, use the study schedule maker. Compare your plan with completed work in the study time tracker.
Is the study planner free?
Yes. Free accounts use this same calendar and can save 3 planner items, including completed items. Premium supports unlimited saved items; it does not unlock a different calendar layout. Sign-in is required to create and save account plans. Planning a task does not automatically start a timer.
Build your study workflow
Plan what to study, focus on one block, then use your recorded time to adjust the next week.
