Delete your StudiesTimer account

StudiesTimer is developed and operated by the StudiesTimer team. This page explains how to delete your account and associated data.

Delete directly in the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the You tab.
  3. Under Your data, tap Delete account.
  4. Read both warnings and confirm Delete everything.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address on your StudiesTimer account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion so another person cannot erase your data.

What is deleted

Your StudiesTimer identity and profile, study sessions, labels, goals, streaks, planner and habit data, group memberships and messages, shared-profile data, notification devices, and in-app entitlement records are removed from active systems after a successful deletion.

What may be retained

Residual encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 days. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or legal records may be retained where required. Apple, Google, Stripe, and authentication providers retain data under their own policies.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting your StudiesTimer account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. Cancel it first in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings to prevent renewal.
