Weekly study goal calculator

Set an achievable weekly hours target and see how many focus blocks it takes. Then connect your goal to a plan and a record of completed work.

Turn a weekly goal into study blocks

20 blocks per week

Aim for 4–4 blocks per study day. Full blocks total 8.3 hours, rounded up to meet your 8-hour target. Budget extra time for breaks.

This calculator does not record progress. Free accounts include 1 weekly goal connected to study sessions; Premium supports unlimited weekly goals.

Set a study target from available time

Begin with your existing commitments rather than an arbitrary daily-hour challenge. A target of eight hours across five days is about 96 minutes per study day before breaks. The calculator rounds up to full blocks so the result reaches your target; the schedule maker instead rounds down to fit a fixed budget.

Pair an hours goal with an outcome

Time targets make a workload concrete, but they do not measure understanding. Pair “six hours of Biology this week” with an outcome such as explaining a process without notes or completing a practice set and reviewing mistakes. Reduce the target if it crowds out sleep or essential commitments.

How connected study goals work

A free account supports one weekly goal, while Premium supports unlimited weekly goals. Account goals use your recorded study sessions to show progress. The public calculator above does not read or update your account and does not claim you have completed any work.

What if I fall behind?

Reassess remaining tasks and available days. Carry forward the most important work, reduce low-priority tasks and reserve some buffer. An achievable revised plan is more useful than increasing every following day to compensate.
